About your new role
The City is currently seeking multiple Change Management professionals to drive and manage organisational change initiatives. These opportunities are both ongoing full-time and fixed term full-time in nature and will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that ensure smooth transitions, foster employee engagement, and maximise organisational effectiveness.
In this role youll be spearheading comprehensive change management endeavours, the focus lies on orchestrating plans to bolster organisational initiatives.
