About the team
The Plan Sealing team are responsible for the coordination of the assessment and endorsement of all survey plans submitted to the City before they are registered with the Titles Office. In this role, you will be working in a small and supportive team consisting of two technical officers and one Senior Plan Sealing officer and will directly report to the Supervisor Infrastructure Compliance
About your new role
The Technical Officer Plan Sealing is responsible for the day-to-day processing and coordination of plan sealing applications, interpreting the information submitted on the applications, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and coordinating the final endorsement of the survey plan. This position also provides advice to many internal assessment officers and external stakeholders regarding the process for an application.
