THE ROLE Reporting to the Installation and Warranty Manager,the Inspector is responsible for onsite inspections, maintenance and customer liaison. Within this role you will be trusted with the following:
Inspecting floors on owner occupied homes and ones still under construction
Minor repairs and supervision of some repairs
Quality audits
Writing of reports and mark up of plans
YOU You will demonstrate your experience and proven track record as an inspector in the building industry. Other skills and experience includes:
Carpenter qualification
