Regional Administration Coordinator

The Opportunity  
An exciting opportunity is available for an Administration Coordinator to work with our regional depots on a daily basis to better control our administrative functions and complete and lodge our transport and distribution paperwork. This role reports to the administration manager and will be required to assist in the training of our regional depot staff in how to prepare and provide the paperwork associated with our business.
The role requires regular travel to the regional depots to ensure all administration duties are undertaken in accordance with our processes and systems .
Key skills required in the role include:

Ability to mentor and coach staff to operate with our WMS processes.
Good communication skills with all levels
Coordination of regional depots data entry / administration activities
Collaborating with internal departments Data entry, Metro and Linehaul departments
