About your new role
This role combines knowledge and expertise in communications, stakeholder engagement, community engagement and public participation with continuous improvement skills or other transferrable skills. The role is focussed on establishment of the External Stakeholder Engagement Business Unit as a centre of excellence for engagement within the City of Gold Coast (City). No two days in this role will be the same. With an initial focus on establishing a centre of excellence across all engagement disciplines the candidate will work with the External Stakeholder Engagement Business leadership team to refine the internal service model, develop tools, frameworks and practices that support the effective and efficient delivery of engagement within the City.
