Conference & Events Executive

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Conference and Events Executive for the Novotel Perth Langley. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, planning, and administrative tasks to cultivate Corporate, Association, and Government clientele in alignment with event and revenue objectives. 

This role will require collaboration with various internal stakeholders including the broader Sales team, Planning, Finance, Corporate Services, and Operations. Building interdepartmental relationships will be integral to ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional service standards.

What you’re here to do

  • Respond to Event, Meeting, Group Accommodation and MICE inquiries 
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals.
  • Proactively drive sales, meeting revenue targets, and managing corporate, association, and government accounts.
  • Coordinate site inspections with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Discuss and plan event requirements, including technology needs with clients.
  • Prepare event orders, banquet event orders, floor plans, and other essential information for event execution.
  • Brief operational teams for each event.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time, maintaining detailed records in our systems (Opera).
