The role:
You will manage an array of inbound calls and emails from existing and potential business customers and consumers
Provide internal customer service to the Sales Team
Assist customers and help resolve queries with sound judgement and initiative whilst investigating using resources
You will work across multiple software systems to source required information
Support and deliver operational functions for order processing, reporting, strong data entry capabilities.
