We have an opportunity for an experienced Production Engineer to join the Production team at our site in Gladstone. Australias largest cement plant, the major assets include a 1.7 million tonne per year capacity clinker kiln, a lime kiln, two cement mills and significant material handling equipment including stacking, reclaiming, product packaging, road and rail dispatch and bulk ship-loading.
You will provide process/production engineering support to the plant for monitoring, optimising and improving the cement manufacturing process. You will provide technical hands-on expertise to other teams that include Control Room Operators, the Production team and the Process team. Your experience in cementitious manufacturing will be valuable as you troubleshoot operational issues and identify effective solutions.
