Afternoon Shift Production Supervisor - Goulburn
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Site Manager, you will be accountable for managing and coordinating factory equipment, personnel, and operations to uphold safety standards and optimise efficiency in achieving production goals. Tasked with overseeing daily production tasks, scheduling, and addressing operational issues as they arise to ensure smooth and safe functioning of the factory team.
This position required you to work on an Afternoon shift 2pm to 10pm and over time when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure workplace safety by adhering to WHS&E standards, policies, and relevant legislation
Support document control for WHS&E system
Collaborate with management and production staff to enforce safety policies and procedures
Report WHS&E incidents as per CSR policy
Maintain a superior safety and housekeeping program
Contribute to Emergency Planning Committee and response team
