Employment Opportunity The Business Analyst (BA) will work within a complex environment and be responsible for upholding the Centre of Excellence practices for the Business Analysis team. The BA will work within a collaborative and supportive team to develop project artefacts that support an Agile delivery model. The BA is responsible for understanding the business problem, eliciting requirements and refining these into testable features and user stories. The BA will present information in a number of ways to suit different audiences, including journey mapping, wireframing and persona profiles. The Business Analyst should be brave about introducing new or external ideas, have diverse experience, and global perspectives, and be willing to explore innovative ways of working.
