Ensure that the statutory planning function deliver outcomes outcomes that align with the planning scheme
Provide high quality specialist services, guidance and advice in statutory planning and subdivision matters
Assist in team management responsibilities such as coaching, mentoring and supervising junior staff
Promote an organisational culture focused on continuous improvement
Take ownership over complex and major planning applications
Assist the development of policies and procedures
