Key Responsibilities
As the Senior HR Advisor you will:
Extending across a full range of operational human resource management functions, work closely with the HR Manager to provide high quality, timely and accurate advice to all staff to ensure alignment across the business with legislation, directives, policies and procedures.
Develop and manage the workforce capability training and development program through consultation and identification of training needs across the business.
Identify and procure training providers and coordinate training activities including room bookings, enrolments, resources, and course evaluation and reporting.
Assist the broader business with recruitment and selection activities through the provision of advice and assistance on processes and contemporary practice. Prepare job advertisements and coordinate the administration and record keeping of recruitment activities and outcomes.
Implement the Office's Wellness programs and activities including flu vaccinations, ergonomic assessments and the employee assistance program, and
