About The Role

The role of our Brand Ambassadors is to assist DIY consumers through their paint purchasing journey at Bunnings stores in Cairns, QLD, while ensuring they are purchasing the correct Dulux product to effectively achieve the best results. You will need to be confident to proactively engage with our customers, so you are able to understand their needs and offer great advice. This role will see you working Saturday & Sundays from approx. 9am to 2pm at specific times of the year.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining key relationships
Increase sales of Dulux product in each of the trial stores
Provide outstanding customer service
Confidently explain the benefits of our products to consumers.
