The role:
Loads of ongoing training from inspiring leaders
Manage a portfolio of 150 Resi properties
PropertyMe, Inspection Manager, IRE
Work Monday to Friday
Landlord communication
Periodic inspections
Rental arrears
Some repairs and maintenance
Requirements:
Great levels of communication skills (written ad verbal)
High level of personal presentation (first impressions count)
At least 2 years experience as a Property Manager
