The Opportunity:
As an Educational Leader at Explorers Surrey Hills, youll be part of our off-the-floor Centre Leadership Team, leveraging your extensive experience in curriculum programming and your proven ability to provide excellent support and mentorship to Educators in every room.
In your role, you will:
Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and Director-in-Training to implement our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.
Provide support and mentorship to Educators
Develop exceptional learning environments.
Comply with regulations and company values.
Maintain accurate documentation of childrens progress.
Champion child safety and positive learning outcomes for every child under our care.
