Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of bookings, overseeing end-to-end processes such as receiving and entering client job bookings, assigning team members and assets, vehicle setup and allocation, and providing operational support.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Efficiently managing incoming job bookings by accurately entering client details into the system and ensuring completeness.
Conducting daily follow-up calls to address inquiries and concerns, maintaining positive communication with clients.
Matching qualified team members to specific jobs based on skills and requirements, optimising resource allocation.
Coordinating the allocation of vehicles, equipment, and other assets for each job, facilitating pickup or delivery as needed.
Monitoring policy adherence, addressing non-compliance promptly, and providing constructive feedback to enhance road crew performance.
What you'll need to succeed
Ultimately, you'll be someone who is professional, adaptable and reliable. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills that can communicate with a diverse range of people. It is essential that you have the following:
Experience in high volume scheduling work and/or rostering of people and resources, ideally within a blue-collar industry
Sound administrative skills and computer literacy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Ability to be proactive and solution-driven with tasks
Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities.
Valid Driver's licence
