The Position
As Site Manager, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring continued site efficiency, understanding all aspects of the grain receival, storage, handling and out loading of commodities stored at the facility, and maintaining an intimate level of understanding around the policies of the business.
You will look to develop an established team on site, and ensuring proper inductions and practices are followed for any seasonal staff to maintain a high level of site safety and quality.
