We are currently on the lookout for a Store Manager to join our client's busy store located in Fyshwick! This position would suit someone who is keen to lead a team and who has an understanding of the hydraulics industry!
Complete schedules and assign duties and responsibilities to the store's staff.
Train new employees and provide continuing education and training to current employees.
Manage store inventory.
Excellent communication skills.
People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Be able to read and understand sales data.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of confidence.
