Your duties will be tasks including but not limited to
Process applications and ensure accuracy and quality document management
Provide enquiry response and advice to Regions and other external organizations
Use information systems to input, update and query information and extract and synthesize data
Respond to queries, compliments, complaints and appeals
Liaise with other departments, interstate and Commonwealth agencies and industry peak bodies
Write and/or review departmental and other correspondence in accordance with departmental standards
Manage work delivery to ensure agreed business outcomes, performance indicators and deadlines are achieved
