As a Technician within our Transport Management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient and successful movement of our transport vehicles across the nation. What does the role look like?
- Support the Transportation Management team
- Utilise vehicle routing software ‘Route Planner’ and associated applications to carry out orders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for effective planning and execution
- Ensure efficient flow of incoming and outgoing stakeholder correspondence and information
- Monitor and respond to any changes, issues, and queries
- Troubleshoot and resolve changes and/or problems to ensure smooth execution of transport plans
- Use initiative to control, manage and continually improve the quality and efficiency of work
- Present recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure the efficient processing of information/data and support across all job functions
