With a dynamic and supportive unit manager, we are seeking dynamic and clinically experienced nurses who are passionate about patient care to join and support the Neurosurgery team on a full-time basis. 


To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced scrub/scout nurse with previous experience across all areas of Neurosurgery. You will bring a strong clinical skill set and have an interest in mentoring staff. 


As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
* Deliver evidence based nursing care
* Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
* Experience in Neurosurgery Theatre
* Ensure patient and staff safety
* Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to deliver patient care
* Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, etc.

About You
* Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* 3 years minimum relevant experience in Neurosurgery Theatre
* Clinical leadership ( Acting )  will be highly regarded.
* Relevant post-graduate speciality qualifications
* The desire and ability to mentor staff and the ability to work within a diverse team.
* Excellent communication and advanced interpersonal skills.
* Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
