Responsible for the grounds maintenance and landscaping of the property, including extensive gardening.
Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment.
Providing support to residence as required, such as snow removal.
Maintaining the pool and spa facilities.
Responsible in maintaining all Health & Safety aspects of the Community and Community Buildings.
Ensuring ongoing communication with Manager.
