Providing a quality and safe environment for the care of patients is the shared responsibility of all staff and the Health & Security Assistant is an integral and valued member of our team. Your role provides support to the nursing team under their guidance in the delivery of patient care.

In a small facility your role will be interesting and varied and will include security related duties, portering for patient transfers around the facility, basic patient care and observation, cleaning duties and general assistance to ensure the smooth running of the facility.

Penalty rates apply to this salary – including 150% on Saturday and 175% on Sunday, and our salary packaging options will put an additional $3500 in your hand each year. You will also receive an accrued day off each month.
