About the role:
AWX is looking for Client Liaison Officers to join The National Fire Ant Eradication Program (NFAEP) through Biosecurity Queensland located in Wacol working on Monday to Friday 38-hour roster with work on weekends as operationally required.
The successful candidates role will include but not limited to:
Providing quality customer service by responding to enquiries and accurately recording details on relevant databases
Work autonomously on a rotation as both office and outdoor based officer as per operational requirements.
Ability to drive long periods on a daily basis.
Providing operational and administrative support to ensure the timely delivery of aerial operations.
Collate, record, monitor and edit client data using departmental system and applications.
Use judgement and problem solving when skills when undertaking allocated tasks.
Essential requirements for this role:
High level of computer skills
High level of communication skills
MUST have a current valid driver's licence.
