***ABOUT THE JOB***
We are on the hunt for an experienced breakfast chef who can poach eggs in their sleep and thrive in high volume and fast turnover environments. You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team with high expectations and keen attention to detail. We are open from 6am to 3pm, 7 days per week with the only day for closure being Christmas Day. Our biggest trade is breakfast with up to 300 covers on our busiest mornings but on a cruisey day we may only do 70 breakfasts.

Strap on some hiking boots and take the time to really explore the vast Cooloola coastline on the Cooloola Great Walk or head across to Fraser Island with Pippies Fraser Island tag along tour.
