Your new role
Taking minutes, managing action registers, calling for, collating, and distributing approved meeting papers
Responsible for travel arrangements
Managing logistics for onsite and interstate meetings, including stakeholder events
Monitoring and maintaining the membership register, coordinating events, and supporting the development and delivery of strategies
Schedule of meetings, ensure timely delivery of papers and progress against recorded actions
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of providing secretariat services in a fast-paced environment, including strong minute-taking skills, managing calendars, lead times and competing demands
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide and assure quality outputs with a focus on attention to detail
