Your new role This role is centred around ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and administration within the business. The duties involved:
Process customer orders and monitor progress
Generate invoices and delivery documents to customers
Coordinate incoming and outgoing freight arrangements
Monitor invoice receivable due dates / incoming payments
Preparation of quotations as required
Assist in maintaining the office record system
First point of contact: answering incoming phone calls and doorbell
Manage office equipment, supplies and office stationery
What you'll need to succeed
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong administration experience
Previous experience dealing with invoices (preferred)
Good communication skills
