We seek a mid-level Windows Systems Engineer, possessing proven knowledge and experience in managing multiple sites and network sizes. This role is ideal for the professional interested in moving to a dynamic client-facing role which includes administering sites from a diverse range of clients in a variety of industries, providing software deployment and support and being exposed to various technologies.
Role & Experience
Your work would involve (but not limited): system setup & maintenance, handling client request and assistance in various projects: on premise servers, networking, business application and cloud-related systems.
You will have:
Proven exposure in a Windows system admin or out-sourced IT environment
5+ years on Office 365 deployment & management, including SharePoint and InTune
5+ years of experience in user-oriented support
3+ years on Windows Server, firewall management experience
Good English speaking and written ability
Desirable skills: Azure/AWS, virtualisation, Mac OS, ISO 27001 (Auditor)
Project Experience in systems development and migration
Certification in Microsoft and Cisco are well regarded
Strong system backup and recovery using Veeam
Experience working with monitoring, ticketing and documentation tools would be a bonus
Some travelling maybe required hence the need for a valid drivers license
