The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for professional, energetic Chef de Partie’s to join our team of talented chefs at sAme sAme. We are looking for Chef de Partie’s who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of service. This will require:
2+ years' experience in fine dining or hatted venues
Ability to learn new techniques and sections
Experience in a busy and professional environment
Good communication and attitude
Organised with a love for well executed food

Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
