Supernormal is thrilled to announce that we are looking for someone to join our senior management team. We are currently seeking to find an enthusiastic and self-motivated Assistant to the Restaurant Manager with a passion for the industry, experience in leadership and a sharp eye for detail.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for:
• Overseeing the day to day running of the pub in accordance with the Owners’ instructions
• Being the point of contact for regulatory bodies
• Ensuring that all staff have current RSA certificates and that the RSA registry is up to date at all times
• Ensuring the venue is run in a manner compliant to its liquor licence.

• Building presentation & maintenance

Requirements
• Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience
• Experience leading service within a high-quality venue.
• In depth knowledge of food and wine
• The ability to control the financial performance of Supernormal
Salary
• $70,000-$75,000 base salary offered.
