We are THE ORGANIC BREAD BAR DARLINGHURST looking for a restaurant Manager to work Full time, with at least 2years experience in this role..
SHifts would be from 6am to 3pm approx 5 days per week, including some weekends.
This person must have excellent references, and be reliable, honest and hard working.
We would prefer someone local if possible, and would start asap.
Your role include:
1. Planning menus and special functions in consultation with chefs
2. Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations;
3. Monitor stocks
4. Check quality of material and condition of equipment
5. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
6. Guide and motivate Waiting Staffs
7. Identify staffing needs
8. Communicate with customers and check
9. End of day and closing procedures.
10. Take reservation, greet customers and help taking orders
11. Ensuring all health and safety legislation and guidelines are implemented
