The Town is seeking a highly motivated and suitably experienced asset management professional in a full time permanent capacity.
Your new role
The Coordinator Strategic Assets will be responsible for planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of the Asset teams annual service unit objectives, aligned to the long-term strategic objectives of the Town.
Reporting to the Manager Assets and Environment, the position is responsible for informing the most appropriate, effective and efficient use of assets across the Town, to meet community driven outcomes in line with the Strategic Community Plan, and to work cross-functionally in an advisory capacity within the Operations team, and with other parts of the Towns administration, to develop and integrate sound asset management practices, an asset management policy and appropriate systems.
