The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a strong, enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Blue-Collar Recruiter to join the business. We are looking for someone with a resilient personality, who understands road transport warehouse equipment, the operational impact driver availability and suitability has on the business and the issues associated recruiting within the logistics industry. You'll thrive on dealing with all types of Operators, HR to MC Linehaul drivers , forklift and warehouse reach operators, whilst also working directly with the hiring managers and senior management.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Writing and posting job adverts inclusive of social media
Pre-screening resumes and phone screening applicants
Coordinating VOC assessments (truck and forklift)
Organising and conducting interviews with managers
Reference checking
Booking medicals
Coordinating first day on-boarding process of new employees
