Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Duty Supervisor is responsible for the provision of knowledge, experience, motivation, support, training and recommendations to Team Leaders and production employees.
The Duty Supervisor is responsible for the management of shift production objectives, employee productivity and workplace safety.
The Duty Supervisor is accountable for ensuring that the production schedule is adhered to, with countermeasures implemented, as required, to manage day to day production and worker issues .
