About the role We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team based in Shellharbour to play a critical role in providing our clients' with the right candidate. You will support multiple customers across our business, ensuring participants are enabled to maximise choice and control, and employees are actively supporting services to be safe and compliant. Responsibilities will include:
Administer all staff rosters that enable an effective balance to be achieved between optimising staffing efficiency and maximising staff satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with parties to ensure rosters reflect resource
