We're looking for a Rostering Officer to join our team! In this role, you'll ensure our workforce is allocated effectively across service areas to deliver top-notch support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining rosters and providing shift cover within CLO on a daily and as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring day to day roster coverage per KPIs
Monitoring long term roster gaps
Manages all leave coverage
Updates CLO's internal systems, including Emplive, to provide an accurate overview of staffing requirements
Displays a resourceful and innovative approach to rostering, applying proactive strategies that align
