The Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This person will play a crucial role in supervising and leading a construction and floating plant crew. Reporting directly to the Project Manager/Construction Manager, this role is site-based and involves leading a team of up to 6 people at any given time.
This position is residential and would suit a Gladstone local whom is seeking a Full-Time position.
SRG Global manage and deliver complex marine infrastructure projects from design and construction through to commissioning, including jetties, wharves, bulk loading facilities, dredging, reclamation, navigation aids, marinas, and underwater pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and supervise all daily operations on site with a 'hands-on' approach
Maintain a strong focus on a safe work culture and processes
Manage and develop crews, including rostering and on-site training
