About the Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing and sourcing across a range of roles within the business.
The focus for this role is high volume retail Brand Ambassador recruitment and Merchandiser recruitment, however there is also a requirement for finding exceptional talent for Client Service Management and Business Management roles.

You work with a sense of urgency and are able to multitask and prioritise effectively demonstrate to support the ever changing business needs.
The successful candidate will also have:
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment
- An understanding of current sourcing techniques
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Relevant tertiary HR or business qualification preferred but not essential
