Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare files well at least a week in advance of appointments ensuring paperwork is in order including correct relevant medical documents and imaging.
  • Positively engage with case managers and doctors about upcoming appointments.
  • Consult and collaborate with team members on key tasks and priorities.
  • Provide reception support as needed.
  • Liaise with customers to plan and implement agreed services.
  • Scheduling of appointments.
  • Maintaining busy inboxes, with queries, appointments and non-appointment services.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners.
  • Providing information and advice to customers, or prospective customers.
  • Undertaking other tasks assigned to the Customer Services team, including reception duties,  dictation, invoicing and supporting the greater team in general.
