WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As the Senior External Communications Adviser, you will support the Community Engagement Manager to develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with Coal LSL (CLSL) brand. You will:
partner with internal stakeholders to plan, design and deliver targeted external communications and collateral across different channels
provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on best practice marketing strategies
review and improve marketing collateral including brand templates
manage external engagement and marketing communication campaigns across a variety of channels, e.g. brand, print, video, reports, web, social media, EDM, Online Services
support the ongoing maintenance of digital channels
manage external agencies and suppliers to develop and deliver external communications and collateral
maintain stakeholder databases to facilitate engagement and communication activities
lead communication activities throughout the organisation.
