The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Warranty Claims Assessor to join our Warranty Services team in Somerton.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day coordination of the office operation and most importantly the delivery of outstanding customer service for our warranty team.
Key Accountabilities
Customer Relationship Coordination including liaising with dealers, suppliers & repairers
Keeping detailed records including the coordination evidence to support claims
Daily communication with stakeholders
Completing detailed customer/dealer claim forms
