Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a Junior Receptionist in our office based in Newtown in Ipswich. (Please note that junior wages apply)
This position is an ongoing role working the hours of 8:24 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday with the view that after a successful qualifying period you may be offered a permanent position.
No prior experience is required as we are prepared to put the training into our new employee.
It is essential that the successful applicant uphold a bright and bubbly disposition and a positive outlook to learning new skills.
To be considered for this position you must:
Have a strong work ethic and time management skills.
Be computer literate (with the attitude to learn the operation of our recruitment software)
Be well presented. Possess a confident and pleasant phone manner.
Have a pro-active and professional approach to your work. Be motivated, keen, and enthusiastic! Duties include once trained to do so:
Answering calls and handling queries
Scanning of documentation
Filing
Data entry
Archiving
Updating websites and social media
Printing and collating paperwork
