Your opportunity:
? Manage and advise on complex conduct and performance matters, including for senior public servants under the Framework for oversight of senior public service employee complaints devolved by the Crime and Corruption Commission
? Work in a small, dynamic team to foster meaningful collaborations with external and internal stakeholders, guiding the creation and implementation of sector-wide policies to enhance the public sector workforce's efficiency, performance, conduct, and policy understanding.
? Assess data and trends to design effective solutions for managing performance and conduct while mentoring team members in their understanding of legislative and policy frameworks within the public sector, including delivering comprehensive HR briefings, and actively engaging in inter-departmental and inter-governmental collaboration
