With multiple farming operations throughout Queensland and a diverse range of job opportunities, we are seeking great people to join our team from May 2024 with ongoing work through to 2028.
We are seeking labourers for shed packing work and outside harvest work in the Lockyer Valley, Bowen and Stanthorpe. Whilst experience in vegetable picking and packing is desired, we are prepared to offer training and reliable hours to any applicant who is willing to work and can manage a fair degree of physical labour.
To be successful in this role, candidates will require a good understanding of English, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a firm commitment to Workplace Health and Safety systems and processes. Given the nature of our industry, early morning starts working outside in the elements are a requirement of the role as is weekend work and a good level of physical fitness.
In return for your commitment, successful applicants will be rewarded with a competitive pay rate under the Horticultural Award working with a well-regarded company and provided opportunities for career progression. We may offer the opportunity to upskill to any suitable applicants.
At Rugby Farm, we embrace a culturally diverse workforce and welcome all applications.
So if you are ready to roll up your sleeves and start your journey in the horticulture sector, we are happy to provide you the opportunity.
