Conveniently located in the Heart of the Sydney CBD and newly rebranded Novotel Sydney City Centre are looking for a Front Office Team Leader. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Guest Service Agent looking to take on the next step in Front Office.
What will you be doing?
- Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
- Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Take the lead and guide the front office’s day-to-day operations with expertise
- Complete a wide variety of hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations in the restaurant, delivering food and maintaining guest accounts
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
