Some duties for the role is:
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor monthly budget and forecast, and make recommendations and adjustments as required .
- Project Administration duties.
- Financial reporting including budgets, project forecasts, review and analyst.
- Tender/bid support and preparation.
- General administration tasks.
- End of month invoicing and reporting.
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Client liaising.
- Expense claim preparation/submission
