As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for the following:
- Manage Platform 818 Restaurant, Eve’s Bar, Room Service, Conferencing & Events to ensure quality and efficient service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience.
- Review and analyse the daily operational needs maintaining beverage, labour, product and expenses on budget.
- Develop, implement and maintain quality standards for all Food and Beverage outlets, including the supervision and direction of the Food and Beverage team.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure Food and Beverage service is an exceptional guest experience.
- Recruit, manage, train, develop and inspire the Food and Beverage team.
