We are pursuing an Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Noosa Beach House Restaurant; located at Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort, one of Australia’s leading five star resorts; and located in the heart of Hastings Street. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxurious dining experience, and managing the restaurant team to deliver outstanding results. You will be tasked with maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and ambiance, while also driving revenue and profitability. In addition, this will include any administrational tasks required to achieve and maintain the above-mentioned standards and guest experience.
You will be:
- A hands-on leader who drives guest experiences and relationships;
- Have a passion for food and beverage, with sound knowledge of wines and local food influences;
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to create innovative concepts for special events and promotional activities;
- Highly organised, you will ensure that we have an efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
- Aware of financial metrics and capable of driving & maintaining revenue whilst managing costs and payroll.
