Outback Spirit Tours offers a range of unique adventure tours, desert safaris and luxury short stays across our beautiful country. Our adventures capture the very essence of Australia, from the rugged red cliffs of the Kimberley to the unspoiled natural wonder of Tasmania, we bring iconic experiences to life. We operate 9 lodges in some of the most remote, inaccessible and beautiful locations. Our team of guides, drivers, camp and operations staff are passionate about the outdoors and take pride in bringing our guests on the adventure of a lifetime.

The Role

We have multiple positions available in a range of remote locations across Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia

Our Camp Attendants are responsible for representing Outback Spirit Tours in a professional and passionate manner. You will be responsible for providing a range of customer service experiences for Lodge guests.  The multi-skilled role includes food & beverage service, housekeeping tasks and you will be the guest’s main point of contact throughout their stay.

The role provides an opportunity to live and work remotely for a season in some of the most spectacular settings in Australia.

Duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Food & Beverage service
  • Housekeeping
  • General cleaning and upkeep of the Lodge
  • Engage with guests ensuring that they have a memorable experience

About You

A passion for delivering unforgettable experiences, a passion for the outdoors and sharing special places that make Australia a location to remember.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a knack for making people feel at ease
  • Ability to solve problems without compromising on the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • Certificate III in Hospitality desirable
  • Drivers Licence
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Food Handling Certificate
  • Minimum 2’ years experience in Hospitality
