What You'll Be Doing A fantastic opportunity is currently available for an Advisor, Inclusion to join the team in a ongoing full time position. Your role as the Advisor, Inclusion is responsible for contributing to the development of the Care & Belonging Strategy and implementing initiatives for attraction, retention, growth and talent management of a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace. This imperative role will work closely with the DE&I Manager and will support a range of inclusion initiatives and will contribute to delivery through the coordination of projects, implementation of strategies, development and evaluation of educational material / programs designed to effectively promote a diverse and inclusive workforce. This role will see you manage and coordinate work experience programs and support further strategies and initiatives across the DCS cluster.
